Mission Statement

The Mission of Life Care Retirement Communities, Inc. is to provide retirement housing, health care and other allied services which meet the needs of senior persons seeking a community environment that includes companionship, recreation, personal growth, and health care on a financially sound basis in an independent, attractive, and secure residential environment.

Positions at Village on the Green

Our employees work in a great variety of positions in order to sustain our Mission Statement to our residents such as Registered Nursing, Licensed Practical Nursing, Nursing Assistants, Maintenance Technicians, Chefs, Cooks, Dining Room Servers, Security Guards, Housekeepers, Office Assistants; Groundskeepers, Custodians, Social Worker, Admissions Coordinators, Activities Directors and Assistants, Marketing Assistants, and Accounting Assistants. Our management staff consists of Executive Directors, Administrators, and Department Directors in each of the above mentioned areas.
